Aric has held various executive level positions in the United States, Europe and Asia, spanning over 20 years of experience in marketing, including having lead Nortel Networks marketing operations in Japan, and Nortel’s product marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Throughout Aric’s career he has overseen and actively participated in the full breadth of marketing related activities including creation and placement,
, trade show participation and event creation,
interactive marketing and sales management.
With graduate work in computer engineering at The University of Florida, in business administration at Emory University, and doctoral work in marketing at Arizona State University, Aric’s broad expertise and experience are leveraged while working with clients such as: Goettl, Classy Closets, Sotheby’s International Realty, and Andersen Windows.
Aric’s roles at Zion & Zion extend to providing strategic leadership for the firm, as well as creative direction, business analysis, market research and planning for clients.
Aric’s community involvement includes the active ongoing support of Audubon Arizona and the Arizona Science Center and having served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mesa Symphony Orchestra. Aric’s personal interests include SCUBA diving and boating. Aric also teaches marketing and marketing research at Arizona State University.

DuGué’s experience with the corporate world began with projects in the retail domain with The Limited and Discovery Channel Store. Her career as a corporate consultant then evolved as she engaged in extensive product marketing and sales projects with Racal (now known as Nextira One) and then later led broad CRM training and implementation consulting projects at both MCI and Nortel.
In addition, DuGué has over a decade of experience in international marketing, including having spent several years abroad consulting for some of the world’s leading companies.
DuGué’s roles at Zion & Zion include acting as the firm’s chief operating officer. DuGué also personally manages various key Zion & Zion accounts and lends her expertise in sales process, CRM and marketing strategy and planning to Zion & Zion’s clients on a regular basis.
Fortune 500 and key brands such as: The Limited, Discovery Channel Store, Cereality (owned by Kahala Corporation), and NotMyKid, have benefited from her domestic and international experience. With a BS in Marketing from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State, DuGué continues to educate clients on the integrated nature of branding and marketing in relation to building their businesses.
DuGué’s community involvement includes being on the board of the Arizona Academic Decathlon, the support of Project 7th Grade, and Kevin’s Last Walk. DuGué has also served as a Vice President of the board of the Mesa Symphony Orchestra. DuGué’s hobbies include SCUBA diving, painting and gardening, as well as international travel.
