Over the next several weeks, our consultant worked closely with key players in the company’s marketing and product management organizations to craft a winning marketing plan for the struggling OEM product line and to reengineer the sales and proposal strategies related to the product line.
As a result, sales of the product nearly tripled over the course of the next year.
