When it comes to any form of marketing, it's obviously important to put yourself in your customer's shoes in order to get an objective view of how your marketing will come across. This means considering how your customers will come upon your marketing messages and campaigns, what frame of mind they'll be in, how they'll react, and in general, considering whether the campaign will play out the way you think it will. In the course of some research related to the new iPhone, we decided to see what the public and vendors were saying online.
