Assess

We know that marketing isn't a sometime thing; it's an all-the-time thing. That's why ongoing assessment and refinement is always a part of everything that we do.


Collaborate
We work closely with our clients to familiarize ourselves with all relevant aspects of their businesses in order to make sure that we share a common set of expectations, objectives and success metrics, as well as a clear picture of the target market and expected return on marketing dollars. Additionally, we seek to understand your company's previous successes and failures with respect to product sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, and internet related initiatives. Strategize
In order to fully achieve your objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner, we plan, develop and present you our recommended strategy. This strategy, be it focused on your marketing in general or specifically on your advertising or public relations, or interactive marketing and website related needs serves as a shared foundation. During this phase, this strategic foundation will become the subject of discussion and the launch platform for the beginning phases of creative concept and campaign development.

Create
At this point our creative department will draft appropriate materials for review, be they ad concepts, storyboards, public relations campaign outlines, website mockups. Our experts will then review these materials with you and your key personnel so that they may be refined and mutually agreed upon. This phase is never complete until you are in full agreement with the planned creative and implementation approach. Upon approval of the plan and associated creative we move into production, and ultimately into implementation – tracking back to the Assessment phase where we capture and measure the activity and results.
