CMS is the nation’s full-service leader in independent contractor management; providing advanced software and payment processing solutions that ensure adherence to Department of Labor and IRS requirements.

The Challenge

How can CMS clearly communicate its value proposition and establish a brand and industry presence that inspires confidence in prospective client companies that have large independent contractor labor forces?

The Result

Zion & Zion implemented not only a full rebrand for CMS, including a new logo, website, messaging, tradeshow booths, and associated ad campaigns; but also a full B2B social media strategy and a CRM strategy complete with CRM system integration and 20 months’ worth of drip email campaign content. As part of the rebrand and CRM strategy, Zion & Zion developed an interactive, animated web-based video library integrated into CMS’ CRM system. Lead flow increased 352%.
