Multi-Location Venezia’s Pizzeria Names Zion & Zion as Social Media Agency

TEMPE, Ariz. – August 26, 2010 –  Since 1978, Venezia’s Pizzeria has operated multiple locations in both New Mexico and Arizona—now with a total of seven locations. Recognizing the high level of involvement that customers have with the Venezia’s brand, Domenick Montanile, owner of the four Arizona locations of Venezia’s decided to begin the selection process to hire a firm to develop social media around the Venezia’s brand.

“The search ended after we concluded an evaluation period with Zion & Zion. About Venezia’s Pizzeria
It all started when Frank and Clara Montanile moved to New York City from Italy in the late 60s. There they met, fell in love, married and had a baby boy named Domenick (who…little did they know…would someday follow in his father’s footsteps and grow up to become a Master Pizza Maker). In search of some clean air and a better place to raise a family, they found themselves in Albuquerque, New Mexico…Rio Rancho to be exact.

In 1978, they opened Venezia’s, a full-service Italian restaurant. Then in 1995, after their son Domenick & their daughter Linda moved to Tempe, Arizona to attend college at Arizona State, Frank & Clara sold the landmark they’d created in New Mexico and moved to Arizona to be closer to their children.

In 1998, Domenick graduated from college and married the love of his life, Jaime.
