Account Executive
LOCATION: Tempe, AZ (work-from-home will be permitted on a limited basis, and then more frequently over time as the person acclimates to our environment)
THE NUTS AND BOLTS: We’re looking for an exceptional individual. If it’s you, you’ll be a key part of our firm’s account management team.
- Attending client meetings and calls
- Working on several client accounts assisting more senior account managers
- Exposure to the development of advertising strategies; media plans; and solutions to creative, logistical, and technical problems
- Interact with clients’ POCs
- Staying up to date on clients’ businesses and industries
- Requesting and reviewing vendor quotes
- Remaining knowledgeable at all times about the status of projects and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
- Initiating job starts for all assigned projects
Experience:
- A bachelor’s in marketing, business, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus but not required)
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of business concepts and the ability to have business discussions with clients
- Exposure to client data and reporting
- Experience managing projects and timelines Client management experience a plus
- Ability to clearly present ideas and concepts to clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build relationships with internal account team members
- Proven strong work ethic
- Self-starter
