Assistant Media Planner / Buyer
LOCATION: We are based–as is this position–in Tempe, AZ—an upbeat college town in the Greater Phoenix Metro area.

We’re looking for someone with a marketing and/or communications degree with a strong interest in a media career—including media planning, research and buying. This position coordinates a variety of activities across agency accounts, serving primarily to support the media planning & buying staff, but also assists with media billing. This person will be responsible for media research, data entry for analysis of campaigns and monitoring of campaign results, generation of insertion orders, creation of presentation materials and vendor communication. The successful candidate will be organized, able to handle multiple projects at once, and proficient with the entire MS office suite, especially Excel.
