Digital Media Manager
LOCATION: U.S. Remote

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Digital Media Specialist who thrives in the trenches of digital media execution. This role is tailor-made for someone who loves directly activating campaigns within programmatic and paid social environments, and able to jump into paid search management with a basic to intermediate proficiency. This role will include both B2C and B2B client work and will require not only a strong work ethic, critical thinking, and fierce curiosity, but the willingness and ability to develop an understanding of ABM as a go-to-market strategy for our B2B clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tactical Execution Mastery: You will actively manage and optimize digital media campaigns across Programmatic platforms like DV360 and The TradeDesk, and Paid Social platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Instagram, with periodic involvement in Google Ads. Your primary focus will be on the hands-on management of these platforms to ensure campaign success. You will be responsible for the day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and management to meet and exceed client KPIs.
- Strategic Insight: While your main responsibility is campaign execution, you will also need to maintain a strategic perspective. This includes understanding how each campaign fits within the broader marketing/media strategy of our clients and adjusting based on performance data.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze campaign performance against KPIs, generate media performance reports, and distill actionable insights to continuously optimize the campaigns. You will be responsible for presenting these findings in clear and concise formats to both internal teams and clients.
- Client/Internal Stakeholder Interaction: Although your role is execution-focused, you will occasionally communicate with clients to explain campaign strategies, optimizations, and outcomes. You will ensure clients and internal stakeholders are clearly informed and satisfied with the performance and strategic direction of the campaigns.
TOOLS/PLATFORM EXPERIENCE:
- Essential Platforms: Google Campaign Manager 360, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
- Desirable: Experience with 6Sense and Demandbase is a plus
OTHER EXPERIENCE:
- Work Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in media planning & buying at an agency, with direct hands-on experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, and exposure to Paid Search
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or a related field
- Key Skills: Exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented, excellent attention to detail, proficient at managing multiple projects, highly organized, analytical, strong leadership qualities, and effective in a cross-functional team environment
- Personal Qualities: Proactive team player, capable of independent problem-solving, rapid troubleshooting, and managing tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment. You enjoy process-oriented work and have been known to catch details others might miss. Commitment to excellence and readiness to advance both personal and team objectives.
SALARY RANGE: $75000 - $135000
The salary range for this position reflects the fact that we are open to a very broad range of experience and that we may hire below or above the position title shown in this post depending upon the characteristics and capabilities of the job candidate.
