THE NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB:  We’re looking for an exceptional individual.  If it’s you, you’ll be part of managing the day to day operations of our agency.

We are looking for a detail-orientated person that is self-motivated. A friendly and positive attitude is a must as you will be working daily with all departments across the organization. Some of the daily responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Answering and managing the phones
  • Scheduling meetings and meals that go along with said meetings
  • Managing/sorting company mail, subscriptions, etc.
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies
  • Stocking office areas, conference rooms, and kitchen
  • Maintaining the employee handbook
  • Making travel arrangements for employees
  • Managing various online listings for the agency and agency clients
  • Interfacing with agency IT support companies
  • Tracking open IT tickets
  • Scheduling technology warranty service
  • Scheduling and managing janitorial, window cleaning, furniture cleaning, and other maintenance contractors
  • Maintaining various email lists
  • Assisting with printing and filing
  • Assisting in managing the CEO’s schedule
  • Administrative support across the agency
