A global leader in supply chain solutions was grappling with critical GDPR and CCPA compliance challenges, impacting its data privacy and protection framework. The need to refine account-based digital media measurement and establish a resilient data strategy was paramount, driving the search for a partner with analytics and privacy expertise.

Solution and Results

Phase 1- Compliance Remediation and Media Enhancement:

Goal: Quickly remediate compliance shortfalls and enhance media measurement capabilities.

Actions: Leveraging a team of media, analytics, and privacy specialists, our agency addressed the GDPR and CCPA compliance gaps. A strategic overhaul included setting up a compliant tag-management container with OneTrust restrictions and new media tags and triggers for enhanced measurement.
