Agency adds new business from CA, CO, NV, NY, PA, FL, and IA
TEMPE, Ariz. (Oct. 17, 2017) – Zion & Zion, one of the Southwest’s top ranked full-service advertising agencies, continues to add national business to its client roster. With approximately 40 percent of the agency’s work coming from outside the state, Zion & Zion has added a total of 11 clients, based in seven states: California, Colorado, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Iowa.
Among the new clients are Forum Real Estate Group, based in Denver; University of Dubuque, based in Dubuque, Iowa; and Bonney Plumbing & HVAC, based in Sacramento, California.

Zion & Zion’s public relations team handled the event planning and media relations for the groundbreaking of Forum Real Estate Group’s mixed-used development, The Local, a luxury apartment residence anchored by a Whole Foods Market. Forum is a full-service real estate investment firm based in Denver. Known for its forward-thinking, branded communities, Forum has invested in 40 properties, more than 8,900 units, across the nation.
For University of Dubuque, Zion & Zion will handle public relations, creative services, messaging, and media buying for the expansion of the college’s adult education programs. A private Presbyterian university based in Dubuque, Iowa, University of Dubuque is growing its higher education offerings with accelerated adult education programs for undergraduate and master’s degrees.
