Zion & Zion Adds Two to Senior Strategy Team

TEMPE, Ariz. (May 9, 2016) – Zion & Zion, one of the Southwest’s top ranked full-service advertising agencies, adds two to its senior strategy and research team. New senior team members include Account Director Holly Dill and Senior Researcher Marie Donahue.

Joining the strategy and research team as a senior researcher is Marie Donahue. Donahue holds both an MBA and a Ph.D in Social Psychology. She has extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, having worked to develop market and sales strategy for products/services for brands such as USAA, Amex, and Sears. She also worked at the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago and as a project manager at the Emerging Markets Institute.

Also joining the senior team is Holly Dill who will serve as an account director. In this capacity she will oversee strategy for several of the agency’s accounts, provide leadership and mentorship to other members of the account management team, and assist with new business acquisition.

Dill has 12 years of agency experience having worked at top regional and national agencies. She has worked on brands such as FIAT Chrysler Automotive, Arizona Lottery, Paradise Bakery & Café, Peter Piper Pizza, Calbee North America, NextCare Urgent Care, Casino Arizona, MidFirst Bank, Scottsdale Convention and Visitors Bureau, Culligan Water, and Thunderbird School of Global Management. Dill holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing with a minor in communications from Arizona State University.
