(Feb. 13, 2019) – Zion & Zion, a full-service national marketing agency has been appointed to the Board of the Arizona State University Center for Services Leadership (CSL), a groundbreaking research center concentrating on expanding service innovation. Zion & Zion joins several other companies on the board, such as FedEx, Boeing, Mayo Clinic, Lowe’s, American Express, Starbucks and Intel.

The invitation-only partnership highlights Zion & Zion’s excellence in service-related research. Examples include the agency’s research on: limitations related to the Net Promoter Score (NPS); co-blame as it relates to food delivery apps and the restaurants they represent; customer satisfaction as it relates to home-service appointment wait times; and artificial intelligence analysis of negative customer reviews.
