TEMPE, Ariz. – Jan. 15, 2015 – Following continued growth across all of the agency’s service areas, Zion & Zion (@ZIONandZION), one of Arizona’s top ranked full-service advertising agencies has added five new team members.
With seven years in social media and marketing, Velvet Elran joins the agency as Social Media Account Coordinator where she will work in both social media and multicultural divisions. Velvet has overseen accounts in a variety of industries from fashion to hospitality. A native of Mexico, Velvet brought her sense of culture to her work on a variety of past projects. Velvet attended Arizona State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
Alex Silva joins the development team as a Web & Applications specialist. A graduate of the University of Arizona, she has a background in HTML, CSS + SASS, Python, JavaScript, MYSQL + PHP, and user interface design.
Originally hired as an intern in the design department, Toby Riley has joined Zion & Zion full time as an Associate Graphic Designer. He has used his talent in design and HTML for key Zion & Zion clients such as K Couture and AV Homes.
Joining the media department as a Media Assistant, Mandy Gallegos has worked at previous agencies in digital media and in-house, for the media, as a digital sales rep. Mandy will be working on integrated traditional and digital media planning and buying.
Tessa Case has also joined the media department as a PPC Specialist. A recent graduate of Arizona State University, Tessa has a degree in marketing and experience in both finance and digital marketing.
